Jason Hesketh, CPA, MBA
President & Co-Owner
Jason is the President and Co-Owner of Outsourced Powder Coating. Jason has worked in the industry for 11 years. He is also the Owner and President of Superb IPC.
Jason is responsible for overseeing the company’s management team, leading the company’s strategic planning initiatives, and implementing processes and procedures to maximize the company’s core competencies.
Jason worked in investment banking for Dickinson Williams & Company, and also worked for Emerald Advisors and UBS Financial Services.
Jason earned his MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and his B.A. from Washington and Lee University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Michael Hesketh
Vice President & Co-Owner
Michael is the Vice President and Co-Owner of Outsourced Powder Coating. Mike has over 30 years of industry experience.
Michael held senior management roles at the Guardian Electric Manufacturing Company and Thomson Industries, Inc., where he developed and managed global manufacturing and production operations in the U.S., Singapore, Malaysia, and Mexico.
Michael earned a degree in manufacturing engineering from Miami University and completed graduate coursework in Business at Case Western Reserve University.
John Bennett
Operations Manager
John is the Operations Manager at Outsourced Powder Coating. He is responsible for leading manufacturing operations, maintenance, engineering support, and continuous improvement initiatives, while driving safety, quality, delivery, and operational excellence.
John brings nearly 20 years of engineering and manufacturing leadership experience. He began his career as a Maintenance Technician before transitioning into engineering, serving as a Design Engineer and later Project Engineer for Marmon-Herrington.
John then joined Precision Metal Works as a Project Manager, advancing to Senior Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and ultimately Operations Manager, where he led production, maintenance, and machining operations.
John studied Engineering Technology and Manufacturing Engineering at Sullivan College of Technology and has dedicated more than 30 years to manufacturing, engineering, and operations leadership.
David Metzger
Business Development & Continuous Improvement Manager
David is the Business Development & Continuous Improvement Manager at Outsourced Powder Coating. He brings more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, product management, distribution, logistics, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
Before joining OPC, David spent more than 33 years with General Electric in a wide range of leadership roles. During his career, he managed domestic and international trade compliance, national warehousing and transportation networks, major facility and equipment projects, and product lines with significant profit-and-loss responsibility. He also helped develop an innovative logistics and home-delivery model that increased sales with a key customer by more than tenfold.
At OPC, David applies his broad operational experience and process-focused approach to strategic planning, customer service, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
David earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville and completed graduate coursework in business and finance at Bellarmine University.
James Heady
Facilities Manager
James is the Facilities Manager at Outsourced Powder Coating. He has over 25 years of industry experience. He leads a maintenance team dedicated to preventative maintenance to assure processes are in control. His team is responsible for all mechanical and electrical facility construction, modifications, installations, rack and tooling fabrication/welding, and calibration.
James is certified in HVAC servicing with Esco Institute and received Management training from Semenick and Associates.
